COAR Recognizes Local Firms Building a Better Central Oregon
Cascade Business News, Nov 5, 2013
The Central Oregon Association of REALTORS (COAR) hosted its annual Building a Better Central Oregon (BBCO) awards Thursday, October 24, recognizing outstanding new, influential and innovative construction and improvements to residential and commercial structures.
A packed house of local real estate and building-related professionals attended the event, which was held at the Broken Top Clubhouse.
Each year COAR recognizes the efforts of citizens to enhance the beauty and vitality of their communities, based on nominations from its members, as well as property owners, architects, developers and others in the real estate business. An awards committee begins reviewing nominations each August, with awards given in the fall.
The Central Oregon Association of REALTORS advocates for the local real estate industry and for property owners. It is the hub of real estate information, communications, training and other resources that support our real estate economic base.
